Parked up for the night and popped in for a guinness with the dog. Stayed 5hours, met some really lovely chatty locals and had 4 guitars a flute and several singers join us. Amazing very old pub with lots of character and friendly atmosphere- lovely place to spend the evening, hope to be back!

Johnny Joes is a charming genuine Irish bar, full of character, spirit and music! I make it a mission to get here whenever I can. I was recently lucky enough to have the day 2 of my wedding here which was the perfect way to celebrate the occasion. Huge shoutout to the staff, particularly Sean the manager who pulled out all the stops to make the day happen (and even found our wedding venue)!

This pub is a MUST visit if you're stopping through Cushendall. My partner and I had a few pints here last week during our holiday in NI. The man who worked at this pub was so welcoming and friendly. He made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

No TV no loud music great pub to stimulate conversation. Plenty of impromptu sessions and great for Irish traditional. Cushendall is magical with stunning scenery. Love this place!
